For anybody concerned about direct sales aftercare from this company.. I wrote them an email today explaining that my freehub is clicking with a short video attached.

Their reply today:
"we can send you today, under warranty, one new axle with freewheel hub and one new ratchet ring. With these two spare parts you should solve the problem"

Notification recieved from DHL the part is due to be delivered tomorrow... what a honourable result :)

Replacement item arrived today, new and improved on original.
