Haibike sduro 2017 battery fault

Hi my battery has flashing lights so I guess it's faulty now..does anyone know if it can be repaired..if not are there any cheaper alternatives than a £700 genuine replacement..its a 500kwh ..I would be very grateful for any advice given..Thank you

Hello,

What lights are flashing? If it's the top and bottom one, it's the same that just happened to my battery. That's an AES fault which basically means it goes to the bin because there are no replacement parts available to the public. Pretty much have to buy a new one...

Yes it's the same as yours...I've took it apart...tested all cells and there fine so I'm using them to build a new battery pack with a new bms board for use with a ebike I might build..I'm going to try a hub motor type for work commutes..no spares is a joke really and very costly...I've had a motor and battery now..I could have repaired it easily..
