As above Giant System Doctor Energy Pak Battery Fault showing on Giant App, motor won't operate, I would be really grateful for any advice or fix.

Not familiar with the system you mentioned, but any issues that involve the motor not working is best handled by your authorised service provider. Attempting any DIY fix involving the battery, motor, and or wiring/electronics may void the warranty. It can also be potentially dangerous.
