Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had an issue with their internal battery unlatching from its mount after a big hit. I have a Devinci AC with an E8000 motor with an internal battery.
E8000 battery falling off.

You will need to adjust the top mount downwards. Remove the plastic cover via the two small screws, loosen the two screws which mount the latch mechanism to the frame and slide down a little, refit cover and test. It wants to be very firm as it clicks in. If you adjust it until it's too low and you can't get the battery to go in and then move it up a couple mm until it will click in firmly that'll be bang on.

Thanks Dan63, just did the whole process, the system Devinci uses combines a key lock with the latch, it was a bit more complex but not too bad, the battery locks more firmly in place now, will test thoroughly tomorrow on the trail.
