Hello

Do any of your guys have the Acros Knock Block headset? I have it in my Sam2 2019. Issue is that I cannot remove the bearings? They seem pressed in... Is this a factory fitted cup in which the cups are pressed in and purposely unremovable?

Is there a code on the rubber seal of the bearing?

You’ll need it to find if there’s a corresponding bearing puller here Bearing Puller for Bikes.

Ive purchased a load of pullers / presses for my suspension & wheel bearings, they work a treat. I know they do presses for head sets, not sure about pullers, I haven’t needed them yet.

I had similar issue with my Sam².
Lower bearing was easy to remove, no (special) tool needed.
Top bearing was somehow none removable. tried with piece of wood and a hammer, ended up in dismantling the inner ring of the bearing.
fortunalty I could re-assembly the top bearing (and grease it).
BTW: the top bearing is a simply ball bearing with simple seal.

May need to contact Acros directly:

Hope this helps

Thanks all for this, will give them an email and see what I get from them ??

The knock block has come in handy though, saved my frame countless times I think!
