After Every Ride

  • Wipe down stanchions and shock shafts
  • Clean any dirt from seals
  • Check for oil weeping

Every 25-50 Hours

  • Check air pressure (it can slowly drop)
  • Apply suspension lube to seals
  • Inspect for damage or wear

Every 50-100 Hours

  • Lower leg/air can service
  • Replace seals and oil
  • Check for worn bushings

Every 100-200 Hours

  • Full damper service
  • Complete fluid change
  • Professional inspection recommended
