Common Setup Problems

Identifying and fixing suspension issues

Problem: Harsh Ride

• Check: Air pressure too high?
• Check: Too much LSC?
• Check: Too many volume spacers?
• Fix: Reduce pressure to achieve proper sag
• Fix: Open LSC 2-3 clicks
• Fix: Remove 1-2 volume spacers

Problem: Bottoming Out

• Check: Air pressure too low?
• Check: Not enough HSC?
• Check: Not enough volume spacers?
• Fix: Add air to maintain proper sag
• Fix: Add 2-3 clicks of HSC
• Fix: Add 1-2 volume spacers

Problem: Diving Under Braking

• Check: LSC too open?
• Check: Too much sag?
• Fix: Add 2-3 clicks of LSC
• Fix: Add 3-5 psi to reduce sag

Problem: Packing Down

• Check: Rebound too slow?
• Check: Air pressure too low?
• Fix: Speed up rebound 2-3 clicks
• Fix: Slightly increase pressure
