eMTB suspension setup calculator

Pressures, sag, clicks and tyre pressures for your exact bike and weight, with manufacturer baselines for 112 forks and 45 shocks.

Running coil? The coil spring calculator works out your rate from the bike itself.

How we calculate these numbers

Manufacturer-official baselines. Pressures and damper clicks start from Fox, RockShox, Marzocchi, Öhlins and SR Suntour's own published setup tables for your exact fork and shock, not generic rules of thumb.

eMTB-corrected. E-bikes carry real extra mass, so we apply the manufacturers' own e-bike guidance (Fox's E-Bike+ chart, RockShox's official +10psi) where the standard charts don't.

Your exact bike. The fork, shock, travel, fitted tyres and their carcass casings resolve from your trim's verified build kit. A DoubleDown carries different pressure and a different safe floor than an EXO.

Geometry-aware. Your frame size's real wheelbase and chainstay set how your weight splits between the wheels, so fork and shock scale with this bike's actual balance, for every bike in the database rather than just one brand's.

You, and the day. Riding weight, ride bias, body position, temperature, surface and moisture all shift the numbers the way a good suspension tech would.

Learning from real riders. Members record the tunes they settle on after riding; those real-world adjustments sharpen these baselines over time.
