Carbon enduro eMTB with Bosch CX-R race motor (120Nm/750W) and 800Wh battery

The Yeti LTe 2026 is the American brand's full-power enduro eMTB and one of the most refined Bosch CX Gen 5-equipped platforms on the market. Built around a carbon C-series frame with Vectran reinforcement plies and Yeti's signature Sixfinity six-bar Horst-Link rear suspension, it runs the Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor (120 Nm, 250 W rated, 750 W peak, 2.8 kg) and a removable 800 Wh PowerTube battery. Travel is 170 mm front and 160 mm rear, head angle a properly slack 64.0°, and trims span £9,499 (C2) to £12,999 (T4). The community verdict is overwhelmingly positive on ride feel and refinement: @mtbbiker rates it "the quietest eMTB according to owner who has ridden Intense Tazer, Gen 2 Levo, Kenevo, and Crestline."
Drive system and range. The Bosch CX Gen 5 produces 120 Nm of torque after firmware updates from the launch-day 85 Nm. The 800 Wh PowerTube battery is at the top of the Bosch ecosystem and removable for off-bike charging. @singletrackminded recommends "Yeti LTe Bosch Kiox controller settings: mtb+ mode with levels set to 4 of 5 works well for heavier riders". Expect 1,200-1,600 m of climbing per charge depending on terrain and assist mode. Bosch's Smart System ecosystem brings Kiox display, Flow app integration, ABS-ready hardware path and over-the-air firmware updates. Range extender compatibility lifts the effective ceiling further still for big alpine days.
Geometry and handling. A 64.0° head angle is properly enduro-spec. Reach progresses S 435 mm, M 465 mm, L 485 mm, XL 510 mm across the seven listed sizes (with SM/S, MD/M, LG/L pairings showing duplicate entries — effectively four core sizes). Chainstay length is fixed at 449 mm across all sizes. Wheelbase opens 1,223-1,312 mm. Sixfinity has the headline-grabbing 3-position leverage flip chip (25%/30%/35% progression) — exceptional in a stock production bike. @slickrock clarifies the architecture: "Yeti Sixfinity is a 6-bar design with a Horst Link, unlike Switch Infinity which has unified rear". @Freezer describes the ride feel: "It's incredibly damp/muted over chunk — so much so that it reminds me of riding a trail moto downhill. Awesome for tech, steeps and features".
Build and value. Four trims span the lineup. The C2 at £9,499 is the entry. The C2 90 Transmission at £10,999 (23.5 kg) gets Fox Float 38 Performance fork, Fox Float X Performance shock, SRAM Maven Bronze Stealth brakes and SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission mechanical. The T3 at £10,999 (24.0 kg) goes Fox Factory Kashima, SRAM Maven Silver and SRAM X0 Eagle AXS Transmission. The T4 flagship at £12,999 (23.8 kg) features the headline Fox Float Podium upside-down fork, SRAM Maven Ultimate brakes and SRAM XX Eagle AXS Transmission. @JJ765 chose the LTe specifically for its flexibility: "ability to run different wheel sizes and battery sizes that can be removed".
Community-verified strengths. @singletrackminded reports "the handling and tracking on descents is top shelf. The bike wants to be pushed and laid over on berms and sticks like glue" after three weeks of ownership of a T4-equivalent build. @mtbbiker wrote a detailed long-form review confirming the Yeti LTe is the quietest eMTB he's owned across multiple competing platforms. @Freezer reports weight concerns vanished once the bike was sized correctly: "I think that if the bike is sized appropriately for your body and you can generate the inputs, it's fine".
Caveats and known gripes. @shenzi105 documents the T3 weight at 51.43 lbs (23.3 kg) with the 800 Wh battery — mid-pack rather than light. Pricing is firmly in premium-brand territory: £9,499 entry and £12,999 flagship. @Bradleybourbon reports dealer availability constraints: "they came back and said I couldn't get the Turquoise until next summer". Yeti dealer support in the UK is solid but not as deep as Trek, Specialized or Cannondale. Yeti's customer service has occasionally drawn criticism on the broader forum compared to Trek/Specialized levels. The fixed 449 mm chainstay across all sizes is conservative versus size-specific rears on Norco and Forbidden.
Verdict. The Yeti LTe is for the rider who wants the most refined Bosch CX Gen 5 enduro platform on the market — Sixfinity adjustability, premium spec ladder, properly slack 64° geometry and the quietest motor feel in the segment. It is not for budget-focused buyers, anyone needing rapid dealer availability or those wanting the absolute lightest enduro eMTB. Production status is current and the LTe is shipping globally through Yeti dealers.
