Norco Sight VLT 2023

The 2023 Norco Sight VLT is the Canadian brand's full-power all-mountain e-bike, sitting a step below the longer-travel Range VLT enduro machine. It pairs 160mm up front with 150mm of Horst Link travel on full 29in wheels, built around Norco's Ride Aligned geometry with a 64-degree head angle, size-specific seat angles from 77 to 78 degrees and a shared 462mm rear centre across all four sizes.Power comes from Shimano's STEPS EP8 drive unit (85Nm) feeding a removable Norco VLT in-tube battery, offered in 540Wh, 720Wh and 900Wh capacities so riders can dial range against weight. The big 900Wh pack is among the larger options on an all-mountain platform of this era. Note that Norco listed the battery as a separate purchase from the frame.Four builds spanned the range: alloy A2 and A1, then carbon C2 and C1. “Picked up the Sight today, wow what a bike. Straight off the bat I installed CushCore, riding in Christchurch NZ is quite rocky, bike has E13 rims which are made out of cheese, so wise investment. Rode 36km, mix of eco / trail / boost,…”
