The Clutch is Moustache's gearbox enduro, built around the Pinion MGU motor and gearbox in one sealed bottom-bracket unit. With a derailleur and cassette removed, Moustache claims roughly 750g of unsprung mass is shed and the centre of gravity drops, which it pairs with a mullet 29in front / 27.5in rear setup and 170mm front / 160mm rear travel on a 6061 alloy frame.
Geometry is consistently aggressive across all four sizes: a 64.2 degree head angle, 77 degree seat angle and 450mm chainstays throughout, with reach growing from 435mm on the S to 504mm on the XL. The low 349mm BB height and 806mm standover reinforce the playful, planted brief rather than a pure XC climber.
Three trims share the same Pinion MGU and 780Wh battery, so the differences are suspension and finishing kit. The 160.7 at £7,199 uses a RockShox Domain R fork, Super Deluxe shock and a KMC single-speed chain rather than a belt, with Magura MT5 brakes. The £7,999 160.8 steps up to a ZEB Select fork, Vivid shock and the maintenance-free Gates CDX belt drive. The £8,899 160.9 adds a ZEB Ultimate fork, Vivid Ultimate shock, Magura Gustav Pro brakes and Mavic XM1030 wheels, making it the most complete package for those wanting the full belt-and-gearbox experience.
