A solid all-round descender (65.5° head angle, 150mm) — capable in the rough and steep without being an all-out bruiser.
Dusk 2023
How current the bike is — newer chassis, motor and battery score higher. 10 = brand-new, 0 = legacy.

The 2023 Mondraker Dusk is a 29in aluminium full-power trail eMTB built on Mondraker's e-Bike Optimised Zero Suspension System, pairing 160mm up front with 150mm at the rear and the brand's long, low Forward Geometry. With a slack 65.5 degree head angle, 76 degree seat angle and reach stretching from 450mm on the SM to 510mm on the XL, it is squarely aimed at long days in the saddle and big-mountain singletrack rather than playful trail antics.
The base Dusk runs Shimano's then-new EP600 (EP6) motor, a 720Wh Simplo internal battery extendable to 1080Wh with the optional 360Wh range extender, plus a RockShox 35 Silver fork, Deluxe Select shock, SRAM SX Eagle 1x12 and SRAM DB8 four-piston brakes. The step-up Dusk R adds the more powerful Shimano EP801 motor, a Fox 36 Rhythm fork, Fox Float DPS shock, Mavic E-Deemax wheels and a SRAM GX Eagle mech. Both keep the same 85Nm peak torque and the same alloy frame and geometry.
This generation has since been discontinued. Mondraker has moved its full-power Shimano trail eMTB line forward, while the lightweight TQ-powered Neat sits alongside it as the SL option. As a heavier full-fat alloy eMTB with sorted geometry and a big usable battery, the Dusk remains a capable all-day adventure machine on the used market.
What the numbers mean on the trail
Computed from this bike's geometry, spec and build kit — reach, wheelbase, chainstay, head and seat angles, travel, motor, weight and the fork/tyre/brake spec — and worked out per size, because a fixed chainstay can make an S and an XL feel very different.
More planted than poppy — better on steep terrain than tight, fiddly singletrack.
Rear-long with a planted front in L (FC:RC 1.78) — easy to weight the front and quick to turn, though it can feel light at the back at real speed.
Shimano EP6 (DU-EP600) and a steep 76° seat angle keep the weight planted over the front — a proper winch. 500W of peak power and 85Nm of torque — a strong full-power motor.
Strong up and composed down — a do-it-all, not a specialist.
Brilliant on fast, rough, steep terrain; less fun on tight, mellow trails.
