The Megamo Flame AL is the aluminium sibling to the carbon Flame CRB, a full-power 160mm enduro eMTB built around the Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor (100Nm, 750W peak) and a removable 800Wh PowerTube battery that accepts an optional 250Wh PowerMore extender for a 1,050Wh total. The frame is ASTM Category 5 rated, mullet compatible, and uses a Horst Link four-bar layout with a horizontal shock.
Geometry is consistent across the S to L range, with a slack 65-degree head angle, a 76-degree effective seat angle and a 346mm BB height. Reach runs from 435mm on the S to 484mm on the L, and chainstays stay at 460mm across all sizes, giving a long, stable footprint aimed squarely at steep descending rather than agility.
The four builds share frame, motor and 800Wh battery (the 20 drops to a 600Wh pack), so the differences are suspension and drivetrain. The 03 is the flagship with Fox 38 Factory fork, Fox Float X shock and a full Shimano XT 12-speed groupset. The 05 steps to a Fox 36 AWL fork and Deore/XT mix, the 10 swaps to RockShox Psylo, and the 20 is the value entry on SR Suntour suspension and a 10-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain.
