Slack 64° head angle, 160mm travel and a long 1285mm wheelbase — composed in the chunk, confident when it gets steep, and stable through fast corners.
G Enduro 2023
How current the bike is — newer chassis, motor and battery score higher. 10 = brand-new, 0 = legacy.

The GasGas G Enduro was the eMTB arm of the KTM-group brand's first bicycle push, and it is Yamaha-powered rather than Bosch. The flagship 3.0 ran a Yamaha PW-X3 motor (85Nm, six modes) and a 720Wh Simplo battery in an aluminium frame with 170mm up front and 160mm at the rear, a slack 64-degree head angle and short 460mm chainstays on 29in wheels.
Trim separation was clear. The 3.0 (£5,299) got FOX Float 38 Factory / Float X Factory suspension and SRAM GX Eagle. The 2.0 (£4,199) shared the same frame and geometry but stepped to RockShox Domain R and a Shimano Deore drivetrain. The entry 1.0 (£3,999) dropped to a Yamaha PW-X2 (80Nm), a 630Wh battery, 160mm RockShox 35 Silver R coil fork and a mixed-wheel 29F/27.5R layout with a steeper 68-degree head angle on the medium.
It is honest, hard-wearing kit rather than boutique, with own-brand GASGAS finishing parts throughout and a claimed weight around 26.3 to 26.4kg on the alloy builds. This model has been discontinued, so any examples are now end-of-line or used stock.
What the numbers mean on the trail
Computed from this bike's geometry, spec and build kit — reach, wheelbase, chainstay, head and seat angles, travel, motor, weight and the fork/tyre/brake spec — and worked out per size, because a fixed chainstay can make an S and an XL feel very different.
More planted than poppy — better on steep terrain than tight, fiddly singletrack.
Rear-long with a planted front in L (FC:RC 1.79) — easy to weight the front and quick to turn, though it can feel light at the back at real speed.
Climbs well — a 72° seat keeps the front planted. 500W of peak power and 85Nm of torque — a strong full-power motor.
Rewards commitment; it should feel calmer as the speed rises.
Brilliant on fast, rough, steep terrain; less fun on tight, mellow trails.
