Full-suspension carbon eMTB with DJI Avinox M2S motor

The Crussis E-Full 12 2025 is a Czech-built carbon full-power eMTB and Crussis' debut on the DJI Avinox platform. Headline numbers: 160mm fork, 150mm rear, 105Nm and 1000W peak from the Avinox M1, integrated 800Wh FP800 battery, 22.5kg claimed, 64.5 degree head angle and reach 430 to 500mm across S to XL. Priced from GBP 6,999. The community read is that this is one of the best-value carbon Avinox bikes on sale in 2025: @Rando_12345 notes the geometry is "almost identical to the Amflow PL down to the millimeter" but with a meaningful price advantage.
Drive system and range. The DJI Avinox M1 is the headline. 105Nm at the crank, 1000W peak, 2.52kg motor weight and a thermal envelope that out-lasts Bosch CX and Specialized 2.2 under sustained climbing load. The 800Wh battery is integrated, not removable: this is by design on the carbon frames to maintain stiffness and a clean downtube line. Real-world range on similar Avinox bikes runs 1,500 to 2,200m of climbing per charge depending on rider weight and mode. Avinox's app, anti-theft alarm and over-the-air firmware updates are baked into the ecosystem. The dealer-weighed reality check from @derkoe: expect roughly 1kg above the listed claim once built up with pedals and tubeless sealant.
Geometry and handling. 64.5 degrees is bang on the modern trail/light-enduro standard. Reach steps cleanly: 430 (S), 450 (M), 475 (L), 500 (XL). Chainstays are a uniform 446mm and wheelbase tops out at 1285mm on XL. 29in wheels front and rear keep the bike rolling fast. The mirror to the Amflow PL Carbon geometry that @Rando_12345 identifies is no accident: both bikes target the same trail/all-mountain Avinox brief, but Crussis lands the spec for less. @derkoe's test drive in Austria called it "a great bike with nice handling".
Build and value. One base trim at GBP 6,999, 22.5kg, with Fox Float 36 Performance up front (160mm, 29in Boost, 44mm offset) and Fox Float X out back (210x55mm). Crussis offers higher-tier carbon trims (the 12.11-PRO and 12.11) with Fox Factory suspension and SRAM AXS T-Type kits, and a 6061 alloy mainframe variant for buyers chasing the lowest entry price. @Petrex reports a UK presale model at "less than GBP 6,000" with AXS Eagle Transmission and SRAM Maven brakes, which would put it among the best spec-per-pound deals of 2025.
Community-verified strengths.
- Geometry that mirrors the Amflow PL. @Rando_12345 finds it millimetre-identical, suggesting Crussis has not chased a contrarian numbers sheet.
- Real-money pricing. @Petrex reports the carbon 12.11 with AXS Transmission and Maven brakes "for less than GBP 6,000" at UK presale, which is exceptional for the spec.
- Clean cable routing on carbon. @RustyMTB confirms the carbon versions retain normal external routing; the headset-routed cables are reserved for the alloy trim.
- Dealer-validated handling. @derkoe's in-person test drive in Austria rates the 12.11-PRO highly.
Caveats and known gripes.
- Battery is integrated, not removable. Charging happens on-bike; flat storage and air travel are awkward.
- Weight inflation. Per @derkoe, expect roughly 1kg above listed weight once built up, which puts most Crussis Avinox builds at 22 to 23kg real-world.
- Lead times. Orders placed in late 2025 are quoted July 2026 delivery in Austria, per @derkoe. Pre-orders are essential for the early build slots.
- UK and US service network is thin. Crussis is well-established in central Europe; in the UK only a small handful of dealers carry the brand, which complicates warranty and motor service routing.
Verdict. The 2025 E-Full 12 is a serious value play in the carbon Avinox category, with Amflow PL geometry, full-power Avinox shove and Fox 36 suspension from GBP 6,999. It suits riders who have done the homework on Avinox, are comfortable with an integrated battery and have a Crussis dealer within range. Riders needing a removable battery, the lightest possible carbon enduro frame or a long-established service network should look at Amflow or a Specialized Levo. Production status: current.
