The Sonic AM is Bulls' carbon all-mountain platform for 2025, built on the redesigned Sonic E-Power chassis with 150 mm of travel up front, 140 mm out back, full 29-inch wheels and the latest Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 Smart System motor fed by an 800 Wh battery. Geometry is consistent across all four trims and squarely modern-trail: a 65-degree head angle, 76-degree effective seat angle, 460 mm chainstays at every size and reach growing from 425 mm (S) to 495 mm (XL).
The line splits cleanly into two pairs. The AM 1 (5,799 euro) and AM 2 ABS (5,999 euro) share a SR Suntour Zeron 36 fork, RockShox Deluxe Select+ shock and Shimano 11-speed Linkglide drivetrain; the extra 200 euro for the AM 2 ABS buys TRP Trail EVO ABS brakes and the Bosch anti-lock system. The AM 3 (6,999 euro) and AM 4 ABS (7,199 euro) step up to SRAM Eagle 70 T-Type AXS Transmission, E-Thirteen cranks, a carbon Rumble cockpit and a Rumble Impeller Pro wheelset, with the AM 4 ABS adding Magura Gustav ABS brakes and a Suntour Aion 36 ABS fork over the AM 3's RockShox Lyrik and Magura Gustav.
All four run carbon frames and the same 800 Wh pack, so the price ladder is about brakes, drivetrain and cockpit rather than core capability. Claimed weights range from 24.9 kg for the AM 3 to 26.7 kg for the AM 2 ABS. Every model is also equipped for everyday use with the MonkeyLink 2.0 interface, integrated cornering light and brake-light rear, and a free Bosch performance upgrade is available to raise the CX motor's output via the eBike Flow app.
