Whats the hardware on the YT DECOY like ? Are the bolts soft alloy and easily stripped . I like to have all spares ready to go and with the on going supply chain issue I think its wise to get things now while they are available . Any particular bolts/ bearings etc a must have ?

Hi, that depends. I always buy one set of bearings just in case (buy at specialised bearing supplier = cheaper). They always fail when I am on holiday for some reason and at least this way I can replace them quickly. Also have a spare mech hanger. Bolts are steal and do not strip easily. One thing you should realise is that if you loose one or both of the bolts that hold the battery pack, your biking is finished.

Has anyone collected all the generally available bearing and bushing types to a list that I could buy from a bearing supplier?

I was checking the bearings. The lower link axle was tight and I managed to damage the end... I can still try to get it open, but before doing so I need to get a new axle. I was trying to find the spare from YT web site but w/o luck. I’ll contact their support but do you happen to know what part should I get?

Doublechecking the drawings and YT site I came to the conclusion that the parts are these ”BOLT SET ROCKERARM DECOY”. Do you agree?

Yes, if indeed you stripped bolt #24 in the YT drawing. You get all the rockerarm bolts. Sometimes the taper washers snd bolt get stuck bad. Had the same then I tapped it slightly and it came loose. Just put some grease around it next time you fit it

Actually number 26. It would help if YT would use consistent naming in the drawing and site. Also they could specify which numbered items int the drawing are included in each spare part kit.

Actually the issue was the washer which was stuck. It has a M5 hex head which rounded as it is quite a soft material. I tried to get it off by threading it, putting a bolt and pulling off, but when the threading pin reached the bottom of the washer the washer came off. Back to business...
