Which do you find more accurate for your mileage/distance the BOSCH flow app or your Garmin EPIX PRO 2 51mm watch or some other type of Garmin GPS?

I have the Garmin Epix, Pro 2 51 mm and I’m noticing the difference and distance or mileage between my Watch and The Bosch flow app.

Forgot to mention that I am riding the new shuttle all mountain.
Does it matter what model or year? Or do they all provide the same information and with the same accuracy thank you.

The GPS on the watch will be more accurate than a spinning wheel.
It should be possible to alter the rear wheel diameter setting to get a closer reading to what the watch gives you.
