Good news: I found the bike. Bad news: I couldn't find a specific used UK asking price for a 2022 Chaser R in 2026, so I'll have to work from the depreciation model and what comparables exist in community data.

@malcgough*1 - right then. The 2022 Chaser R ran the Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 4 motor with a 750Wh PowerTube battery, 160mm Fox 36 fork and 150mm rear travel on the alloy frame, with SRAM GX/SX Eagle drivetrain and SRAM G2 R brakes.

Solid mid-range spec for its time, though it's worth noting the battery is the older 750Wh unit and the motor is now two generations behind the current CX Gen 5.

On value: I can't point you at a specific sold listing for a 2022 Chaser R in 2026, but I can tell you what the data suggests. New RRP was around £3,800-£4,000 at launch. Four years old puts you in roughly the 45-55% of RRP territory, which is £1,700-£2,200. Your mileage works heavily in your favour - 400 miles is genuinely exceptional for a four-year-old eMTB. Six charge cycles on a 750Wh battery is essentially brand new chemically.
