Water in the frame....please help

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Vitus e-sommet and my first 2 rides on it were mega wet! I used a hose and rag to clean it down and between the ride and wash I've managed to get water in the frame somewhere! I took the bottom of the motor cover off in the hope that it would come out but I can still hear it. Any tips of experience of this?
Im pretty sure the water is in the frame and not the motor now

I managed to get some out tipping the bike on its side, but only some has come out

seat post off, tip upside down perhaps

Problem solved, the water was in the top tube and the bike needed tipping up on the front wheel

On that note never wash the bike upside down! Other member did this with his Vitus and want went into the frame via the cable routing above motor ( there is quite a gap between frame and motor with a big hole for the cables)
