Upgrade an old Specialized LEVO FSR 29

I bought my LEVO April 2017. It is the basic entry level model and I want to know if it is possible to retrofit the following improvements available on later models, mainly for safety and ride-ability?
1. Handlebar mounted power switch to switch between power settings Eco Trail Turbo. I have a Bluetooth switch which is sluggish and don’t have “walk” mode.
2. Move the on/off mounted switch from the side to the top of top tube

I repeat question 2 above to the forum from 2019 in the hope that there may be an answer in 2022, nearly 3 years later! Regards and thanks. I have found the answer to question 1 in the forum.
