Levo Gen 2 Turbo Levo Firmware not display

I bought a Turbo Levo Hardtail 2021 two months ago and I have an issue I don't understand.
In mission control, the firmware of the motor is not deplay.
However my iPhone and Mission control are well connected because I can see all info about battery / level / number of charge / serial number
As the firmware is not display, no update are provide.

Could you help to understand what to do to get the firmware version available in Mission control and get any update if needed.

OTA updates are not supported for 1.2 motors.
