I somehow bent a tooth on my front sprocket on my new rail 5. I want to upgrade to a stronger sprocket. Any ideas??

When mine wore out I changed to eThirteen. (Rail 9.7)
Once you remove the castle nutt there’ll be a washer which I didn’t use. The new chain ring has it built in. Or follow the instructions for installing. If I used the washer it would’ve pushed the chainring out to far. Yours may be different. Hope this helps.
