Tool/Tube bag for the water bottle bolts under rear shock?

Does YT or anyone else make a bag that will fit in this small space to the two bolts on the frame under the rear shock? I'd like to put a multi-tool or flat repair in there. Thanks!

The b-rad rails are not needed. My wolftooth bag is mounted directly to the bottle mounts.
