tighten up Wild FS head set

So my headset came loose on the trail, and I tried to do a trail side headset tighten ...

I removed the battery key from the top of the headset and the loosened the stem bolts.
But when I put a hex wrench down the top to adjust the preload there was no nut to tighten to pull everything together...

Am I missing something .. how to I tighten my head set ?

There is hexbolt a bit down, so the key can sit there, maybe 6cm down.
Then you have to losen up the collar above bearing, now tighten the hexbolt.
After you adjust the steering lock so you have same turning left and right, then tighten the collar.
