Suspicious listing for an e-bike for sale

Not sure where's the best place to post this, but this is a really suspicious listing for a Cube bike ... and I've searched online but can't seem to find a place to report it

Any Cube experts know what model it is. The stem is huge and looks out of place on a 2019 mountain bike but could be a unique identifier.

Why the hell would you buy and ride the 'mounting" bike 'without' the battery? Glad it has 'lovely' tires though!

Just looked at the calendar. No, its not April 1st. Give him some credit, he did spell Bosch correctly .
would be hilarious if it wasn't some poor sods pride and joy that is for sale.
