ST Ride Not Reporting Assist Level Accurately

I've had an Orbea M10 for about a year. Am using the ST Ride app to show battery percentage, cadence, speed, assist level, etc. when riding. It worked perfectly until about 2 weeks ago. Now it does not report the assist level correctly. Just gets stuck on one level and wont' change to reflect whichever level I'm in when riding. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, did you find a way to fix it?
