SRAM AXS pogo pins fix

Hi Woodyboy, do u have any of these Pogo pins left to post? I've had the same problem 🙄 and need one but would be good to have a couple for spares too. Happy to give u something for them.
If you have no success, I have 6mm, 5mm and 4.5mm pins, and looking to cover costs. Cheapest buying them is over £13 because they are sold in quantity and we only want a couple.

Well that lasted. 2 and a bit months and the issue is back. Only Works of you put loads of pressure on the battery. Dead otherwise. I Still say it's the pogo pins 🤷 Back to the lbs we go👎

It's a well documented problem with pogo pins, especially with GX Transmission where water pools around the horizontal battery. Need to fix the pogo-pins and then next time battery is installed smear silicone grease around the outer edges so that it seals when clipped in. Don't get grease on the pins though!

LBS will not do this I suspect, they will go down the route of a new derailleur and all the wrangling over cost & Warranty.

GX Eagle (pre-Transmission) the first AXS design, battery is vertical & covered so not so many problems arose.

I was expecting a new derailleur last time but they diagnosed it as the battery. Just had a check now and the left pin has no spring tension on the pin. Tried the tinfoil hack and works perfectly. Will be Pushing for a new derailleur this time.

Bike is going in on Friday. He agrees it needs a new derailleur as the fault shouldn't of happened again so soon. He said he'll file the warranty claim with SRAM and go from there.
