Specialized Turbo Battery Repack

Hello. I would be interested to know if any of you have ever changed the cells on a Specialized Turbo battery. I have often exchanged battery cells of cordless screwdrivers or similar and reconnected them with a spot welder. Unfortunately, you often read that the integrated bms recognizes when the battery is disconnected and when reconnected on malfunction. This is especially the case with Makita and Stihl Packs. Has anyone here ever changed the cells in a Specialized Turbo battery? Or have you made experiences with other manufacturers, for example Bosch? Thanks a lot
