That's a frustrating welcome to eMTB ownership. The good news is this is a known issue with the Levo SL and usually fixable without a dealer visit.
First thing to try: unplug the charger completely, wait 30 seconds, then try powering on. The Gen 4 Levo has a known bug where the bike becomes unresponsive while charging and won't restart until unplugged. That 30-second wait seems to matter.
If it still won't respond, check the battery LED indicators by pressing the button on the battery itself. If you're getting lights, the battery has charge and the issue is likely a communication glitch rather than a dead cell. Try a full power cycle: remove the battery from the bike, wait a minute, reseat it firmly, then power on.
One other thing worth knowing: some Levo chargers have a voltage sensing fault where they'll charge to 97-98% and then the bike behaves oddly on first start. If your charger was cycling green-red-off during the charge, that's likely the culprit and the charger itself needs replacing under warranty.
Given it's brand new and an S-Works, get Specialized involved now regardless. Document everything and log a warranty case before you start pulling things apart. A bike that's done zero miles should not be doing this.
