After 40, I decided to start mountain biking instead of playing golf like most of my colleagues and friends... maybe at 80 I will start playing golf

I prefer the holes on the trails, rocks, drops, and other good things in amazing landscapes.

If you wonder why am I in an eMTB forum?!
Because I tested one Turbo Levo now there's no way back!!!

Keen to learn with you guys and evolve in my own riding... and help establishing eMTBs

I am Portuguese and living in SA for the last 3Y... so these are the 2 places I ride most... but would like ride in more places, which raises a concerning question an eMTB shouldn't be easy to carry around as anyone know a good solution to air transport a Levo?

The bike is easy, it's the battery you'll struggle with.

Easiest option is to find somewhere to hire a battery from, hardest is shipping your battery, which is classified as Dangerous Goods, round the world and being without for weeks at a time because it will have to go sea, not air, freight. Buying a battery at your destination is possible, but probably only worth it for extended stays or repeated trips.

I am with a back injury (by doing the wrong stuff at the gym) but couldn’t resist and went for a quick 12km ride... just to warm up, next weekend I expect to be fit and will put some proper distance on it!!
