Those are some nice upgrades comming! I'm not 100% sure, but don't the new Icetech disc rotors require centerlock?
Thank you, hope to also have the cash for them :)

About IceTech, bolts are also an option. At least, what I've seen online in the bikeshops around my area, I find them for both centerlock and IS6

The thing is that when changing hubs, most probably Novatec will be the winner (cheaper vs Hope), most of the hubs are coming with IS6, hence the change of disk brake needed.

However, when I will be ready to move with hubs upgrade, will search more details, so I will know for sure if I change to IS6 or not.

L.E. Looking further on the web, indeed 6 bolt IceTech are harder to find, so I am considering as back-up Hope disk brakes :)
Thank you raising this aspect to my attention @Dingo78

Nukeproof 35mm rise carbon bars and Cube 45mm, 35° riser stem to improve comfort on my knackered shoulders.

Brooks B17 saddle to improve comfort on the other contact area.

Both upgrades have made very noticeable improvements in comfort.

I have a Superstar headset to fit also.

The bike is a 140 hpc race.

I have not felt the need to do lots to my bike. The best upgrade by far was a rear Eddy Current rear in soft, transformed the bike and my riding and I wish I had done it from new rather than after 1200 miles on the Maxxis DHR, Assagai is fine for now and both are tubeless. I have a front Eddy Current ready to try.

A bit of green bling, Vault pedals, dust caps, hope top cap and lock rings on DMR deathgrips donated from my Whyte 729 and decals on front mudguard. Sunrace MZ90 cassette and XO chain as replacements of worn parts which offer super smooth shifting. Magura sintered pads up front work superbly and 3rd party pads on the rear as could not get Magura at the time but they work fine.

Other additions are a lanyard for the Kiox as it had come off a few times on small crashes and it took me 1/2 an hour to find it last time. Helicopter tape on the bits that get rubbed. Finally some Surrey Hills dust
.
