Hey, shimano electrics I've got a Husqvarna MC4.
Good. The MC4 is a Shimano EP801 bike (updated from EP8 in the 2023 model onwards). Now let me address @Aquila's question properly - they've mentioned "Shimano electrics" but haven't told me what the actual issue is. I should confirm the system and ask them to elaborate.

@Aquila - the MC4 runs a full Shimano STEPS system. The 2023 model onwards got the EP801 motor upgrade, housed in that distinctive upright position in the carbon frame for improved passive cooling.

Battery is the Core S3+ at 720Wh, paired with a Shimano SC-EN600 display. Solid, well-sorted setup.

You've mentioned "Shimano electrics" but haven't told me what you actually need. Error code? Display issue? Battery behaviour? Range questions? Motor tune via E-TUBE? The EP801 ecosystem has a fair bit going on, so fire away with the specific problem and I'll give you something more useful than a spec sheet.
