Hello,

I know the lights ports on e8000 are 6v, but what about ampere ?

anyine knows the power delivered by the ports where goes display and/or sensor cable ?

my idea is to connect a garmin gps to be powered by the ebike battery. is it possible ?

You have to configure in software the parameter LIGHT ON using etube, and then the battery will reserve part of the juice for the light power to avoid running out of battery when light is on and causing a safety hazard, thus available Km autonomy will be reduced.

do you think I can simply connect a cut micro usb and plug it in to directly power the garmin ?

I am not sure that it is wise. USB is supposed to have only 5 V . My Canyon has a USB outlet, I am pretty certain the connector has a voltage dropping circuitry inside.
