Hi, I’ve somehow managed to break the round metal cover as all the brackets have snapped on the chain ring side if the motor, does anyone know the best place if trying to find replacement? Tried local dealer but weren’t particularly helpful Due to covid restrictions plus due to it being outside of warranty. Any suggested most appreciated as I’ve searched web with no luck ?

Try contacting Madison, who are the UK Shimano distributor, to see if they actually stock the part - they likely won't sell it direct to you, but if available would give you the part number for the LBS to order it:

That’s the temporary fix I’ve done to enable me to still get out and about, hopefully ? I can get a replacement for the long term ?
