Out of interest, what message do you get? Does it stay on the Kiox screen permanently while riding or is it just in the app?

If you want to remove the message you have to get a bike dealer to make a software change. It's what I had to do to remove the message and also make sure it would never return.I dont want my Bike to get service. What i do myself i do beter then them.
And i also dont want it get updated
