@Pedrotp - yes, you can, but there's a catch: the forum requires a minimum post count before your inbox unlocks. It's a standard anti-spam measure that XenForo forums use, and emtbforums.com is no exception.

What to do: • Make a handful of genuine posts - introduce yourself, jump into a thread about your Cube Stereo Hybrid, ask a question

• Once you've got a few posts under your belt, the Start a Conversation button will appear on any member's profile page • You can also click a member's avatar → View Profile → Start a Conversation

You're not the first to find this slightly frustrating - @iLuke hit the same wall when trying to contact someone about a Strive:ON purchase.

In the meantime, if you need to reach someone urgently, just tag them in the relevant thread with @Username - they'll get a notification. Less private, but it works immediately.
