Bought a Turbo Levo Comp 2020 (size: Medium) for my wife who is 172 tall. According to the Specialized size template, this is the right size for her.

The problem is that the seatpost does not go all the way into the frame. It remains approx. 3-4 cm of visible seatpost when it is at the lowest. This makes it a little too high and it does not give her a natural height on the seat .

Does anyone have some tips on how to get it all the way down in the frame (changing seatpost is not an alternative)

Check that the cable has been routed correctly it should have a loop in it just before it goes up the seatube. It was the same problem that I had.
Somewhere on here there is a cable routing diagram

On both of my Levo Comp Mediums, the lowest I can go is exactly 40mm of protruding from the clamp to the bottom of the X-fusion ring.
Any lower would probably bind the dropper mechanism.

Trying to make it lower causes problems. VOE. I think the motor and associated stuff just uses more space. I’d love mine to go lower
