Scott Genius 920 Bosch Mullet Configuration

I've reconfigured my Scott Genius 920 with a Bosch motor to a Mullet Configuration (29r Front and 27.5 Rear). The bike frame comes with settings for both 29r and 27.5. The Scott advertises the 27.5 option in it's literature. The bike rides a lot better descending, and in switchbacks with the Mullet Configuration. But the pedal assist cuts out 17 MPH with the 27.5. With the largest 29r in the rear it would cut out at 19 MPH.

I contacted two bike dealers in the area, Scott and Bosch warrantee. After 6 months of working with one dealer that Scott was suppose to reconfigure the bike for 27.5 option, they had no success.

Any suggestions?

I would keep quiet as they are supposed to cut out slightly below 16 mph.
