Hello,

I’m installing Bosch Powertube battery lock into Scott Eride Strike 2021 frame and noticed mismatch of the frame key hole for the lock insert
IMG_20220219_095740.jpg
( picture). I’m installing original Bosch parts ( Bosch Mounting Kit PowerTube - lock side – 0275007438 and Cylinder Closing Batteries Integrated Powertube Bosch 2122883 Abus E-Bike. I suspect that original parts were modified by Scott ( frame bracket or the lock insert ).

I would appreciate if any owner of Scott eRide Strike 2021 would take the picture of the lock from the battery side and share it with me.

Thnx in advance

Thank you very much.
It looks that bracket (picture red line indicated) is different then oryginał Bosch one.
Will try to get more info from Scott.
Thanks again

Hi Shandor,
Appreciating Quake has already put some pictures up, I needed to adjust the position of my barrel (Strike 940 2021) as the barrel has never lined up with the hole in the frame. Having moved it before using the sliding of the location mounts which left the battery very difficult to install, I decided to take it off completely to see if there was any adjustment - which there wasn't, so ended up packing it with a couple of washers.
Remembering this thread thought some photo's of the mount removed might help you.

Thank you very much for your input. That is the part which I was looking for. Unfortunately I still haven't found who (Bosch/Scott) made it. I was not able to source of the genuine metal bracket, so I made custom one (CNC milling) and it works. The distance was adjusted using battery
