Rise M20 rear wheel

Suggestion of rear wheel replace for my M20 (e-deemax 30, Dt swiss H1900) they are strong enough, other similar options?

It's normal every time i remove rear wheel the left nut of thru axle comes out and gets loose, to put the wheel on place o have to hold it?
