Rise H30 display

Im the proud new owner of a Rise H30 and having done the first 50 trouble free miles its needed its first charge. Looking around on great god Google i was trying to find out what indication you got to tell you the battery was fully charged and cant find anything . Then i found out some owners have found if you leave it on charge for to long it gets to 100% then drops it back to 80% or so but it still shows the full 5 bars on the display somthing which Orbea knows about but seems not to want to rectify . So my question is how do you see the battery charge as a percentage ? I know you can if you have a Garmin but I dont so not going to get one just to see that. What alternative apps does anyone out there use for that info ?

STride app will give you an exact percentage.

Also, the blue led on the charger stays solid once its full. It steady flashes when its powered up but not connected and gives a breathing/ fading effect when it's charging.
