Rail (750Wh) Rail speed sensor cable guide: Correctly installed?

I've just picked up my 2023 Rail. This cable guide/grommet for the speed sensor, was hanging out. The dealer pushed it back in a little, but it falls out easily. Is it supposed to be pushed further inside so that the raised part (see arrow) is inside the frame and holds it in place? Thanks

It was installed correctly in the photo, but continued to fall out. I added a little glue before pushing it back in the last time and it has stayed put.
