My Gen 1 Project One Rail was stolen last week so I am trying to figure out replacing it and setting everything up similar to my old one. I will be getting a 9.8 or 9.9 with the carbon frame.
What is the max rear tire width that will fit on the newer Rail? My previous rail I was able to run the Maxxis Minion DHRII in the 29 x 2.6 as the largest tire. I had tried the DHRII in 29 x 3.0 on the rear and it was too big and would rub.
Also as a side note does anyone know if a Maxxis Minion DHFII 29 x 3.0 will fit on the Ohlins RFX38? I was running the 3.0 on my Rockshox Lyric on the old bike.
