First time poster, long time lurker.
I am looking at removing both my crank arms and torquing my front sprocket spidernut on my 2021 Rail 9. I have all the correct tools for the job but I have a couple of questions to ensure I don't make an expensive mistake:
- What are the torque values for the spidernut, the crank arm bolt & the crank bolt cap? Is there a manual somewhere that shows those values?
- What direction thread are the five fasteners? (LHS crank bolt, LHS crank bolt cap, RHS crank bolt, RHS crank bolt cap & the spidernut)

Sorry if this has already been asked a hundred times, I searched the Trek subforum but there seemed to be conflicting information. Best I could see is left hand thread spidernut @ 30Nm, ? hand thread crank bolts at 50Nm and ? hand thread crank bolt cap @ 10Nm.

Both crank arm retaining bolts RHT 40-50nm, bit of grease on Isis splines & bolts thread.
Chainring nut LHT 25-30nm, tiny bit of blue locktite.
Thread direction & torque should be printed on chainring retaining nut.
