Pivot Shuttle SL Woes

Well, that didn't last long. After the torque sensor motor recalibration was performed on my Shuttle SL the same no assist issue came back within a couple of minutes. Plus, now there is a grinding for about a half second after you stop pedaling. I'm guessing new motor time. Not real convenient to take it back to the shop that's 60 miles away. I wonder when we as consumers stop being the beta testers for a lot of companies, not just Fazua and Pivot.

Bummer, dude. Until we stop buying half baked products, it will continue. Latest and greatest seems to come with a cost. Hope you get taken care of quickly.
