Heading out from the Bike Garage at Bamford, Roman road, hope cross, either the beast or spud alley, up hagg side, down lockerbrook, cake stop at fairholmes, up the slabs, Derwent edge, winstone lee tor, cutthroat bridge, ladybower Inn, Yorkshire bridge inn, over the dam, round to Aston, winn hill, Roman road and back to Bamford.

Steady pace, plenty of stops.
