Hi All

I know this isnt a haibike issue as such but as its a haibike I thought id post it here.

Due to a double puncture I picked up at the weekend I've removed the rear wheel but cant get the front off. its a quick release thru axle so thought I'd simply release the lever and turn / spin the lever anticlock wise. Have done but can I heck as like get the thru axle out. The quick release lever definitely feels loose to me but I cant get the axle out all.

Any ideas as to what Im doing wrong? its the first time Ive had a bike with a quick release thru axle but after watching vids online its looks pretty simple but its not turning out that way.

is there a knack to it?

Any help would be most appreciated

Have sus'd it. Hadnt realise that I had to place the release lever into the collar. Wheel is now off :p
Better to work it out now than in the mud or dark.
Make sure when you tighten it up that the lever is tucked up against the fork, not hanging down or forward.
