New Sight Off On Power While Riding

2022 Sight C2 powered off once at end of ride on fire road, I turned it back on and rode to parking lot. Next ride it turned off then came back on by it self, then again and then again.
Any ideas of fixes out there?

have you checked simple things like battery connectors .

I have a similar problem on a commecal meta power with a e8000 motor. I have cleaned all the contacts and no improvement. it happens on a rough trail or landing after a small jump. Got a new speed sensor to put to see if that helps, I will report back.

As @Fat Rat says the battery connections are a prime source for this.

Also check the cable going to the display, if this gets pulled tight or crimped it can cause the bike to power off or restart.

I have cleaned all the connections and also have tried another battery, still cuts out when i have time i will pull the motor and check those wires.
