This one will be available by the end of Feb 2023 , full carbon frame, RS ultimate suspensions, Mavic Deemax MX, Vittoria Mazza/Martello, GX/SX drivetrain, Formula Cura 4 brakes, Oli Edge 90 Nm motor, 900Wh battery.
Got a quote for about 6500 €.

Updated the thread title and looking for some feedback here.
In the meantime got some more info:
-BB height is 352 in low position. It looks aligned with the average height of bikes with a similar rear travel
-weight is approx 24 Kg. It doesn't look bad for a bike equipped with a 900Wh battery (about 5 kg) 650b 2.8 rear tyre and some heavy components that can be upgraded, like the 400 g saddle and 650 g SX cassette.
